Over the years I have worked with a wide range of organisations, from start-ups to global brands, helping them hire key players and maximise performance. I have a particular interest in SMEs and private equity.
With over 20 years of international experience, including 8 years in executive search (including Korn/Ferry International) and 7 years in talent acquisition, I specialise in talent intelligence, talent management and psychometric assessment. I hold the British Psychological Society's Certificate and am listed on the Register of Competence in Psychological Testing.
I am constantly exploring human potential, delving into topics like leadership performance and burnout, neuroscience, heart-brain coherence. I was previously a member of the UK Values Alliance; a movement passionately committed to building a conscious, values-driven society. I have been a mentor for Startup-Loans and trained to be a MindFull Life Mentor, a service for 11-17 year olds, providing support, information and advice about mental health and emotional wellbeing.
